Orders & Booking
All Freddies Teddies keepsakes are handmade to order using your own clothing and fabrics. Each item is unique and variations are a natural part of creating a handmade product.
The date selected when booking is simply to reserve your production space for that month. It is not your clothing drop-off date or your completion date. Once your booking is confirmed, I will contact you to arrange when your clothing should be dropped off or collected. Your order will then be ready approximately 4–6 weeks from the date I receive your clothing.
Payment
A 50 AED deposit is required when booking. The remaining balance must be paid before your completed order is returned or delivered.
Clothing & Fabrics
Please ensure all clothing supplied is clean and suitable for use. I will always take great care when working with your items; however, once clothing has been cut for your keepsake, it cannot be returned to its original condition.
Please do not cut clothing into pieces before providing it unless we have discussed this beforehand.
Keepsake Toys
Keepsake animals are created as decorative keepsakes and are not designed or intended for use as toys. They are not CE approved and should not be used for play by children under 14 years of age.
Embroidery
Embroidery is available as an optional extra. Please check all names, dates and wording carefully when submitting your order. Embroidery will be completed using the information supplied by you, so I cannot be responsible for errors in information provided at the time of ordering.
Handmade Nature
As every item is individually handmade, small differences in positioning, pattern placement, size and finish may occur. These are part of the unique nature of your keepsake.
Collection & Delivery
Customers can arrange to drop off and collect their clothing directly, or a courier can be arranged where available. Courier charges are additional.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once work has started or your clothing has been cut, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
