How do I place an order?

Orders are booked through my online booking system. I release a limited number of keepsake and quilt spaces each month. Once a month is fully booked, no further spaces will be available for that month.

How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking as soon as you know you would like a keepsake, as spaces are limited each month.

When do you need my clothing?

Please don’t send or drop off your clothing when you make your booking. I’ll contact you when I’m ready to receive your items, as I have limited storage space.

How long will my order take?

Turnaround is approximately one month from when I receive your clothing.

How many keepsakes can I book?

Each keepsake booking space is for one keepsake item. If you would like several keepsakes, please reserve a separate space for each one.

Can I order more than one quilt from the same clothing?

Sometimes it is possible to make several quilts from the same collection of clothing. Please contact me before booking so we can discuss what you have and what may be possible.

 

Do you make custom keepsakes?

Yes. If you have something different in mind, please contact me before booking and I’ll be happy to discuss your idea.

Can I add embroidery?

Yes. Embroidery is available as an optional extra for keepsakes. Please check all names, dates and wording carefully when submitting your order.

Do you offer collection and delivery?

Yes. You can drop off and collect your clothing directly, or I can arrange a courier collection for 30 AED per collection. Return delivery can also be arranged.

Can keepsake animals be used as toys?

No. My keepsake animals are decorative keepsakes and are not designed or intended for use as toys. They are not CE approved and should not be used for play by children under 14 years of age.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact me as soon as possible. Once work has started or your clothing has been cut, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
